Hajj 2024: ‘Gwamma na yi ciyarwa da zuwa aikin Hajjin bana’

Yayin da Hukumar Alhazai ta Najeriya ta ƙara kuɗin kujerar aikin Hajjin bana da miliyan ɗaya da dubu ɗari tara, ana fargabar da wuya maniyyatan bana su iya cikawa.

A ranar Lahadi ne hukumar alhazan ta sanar da ƙarin tana cewa hakan ya faru ne sakamakon tashin farashin dala, wadda da ita ce ake yin ƙiyasin dukkanin abubuwan da maniyyata ke buƙata a Saudiyya.

Wannan ne karo na biyu da hukumar alhazan ke ƙara kuɗin kujera a bana, abin da ya sa ake ganin da wuya a gudanar da aikin Hajjin da wasu maniyyatan Najeriya, wadanda suka jima da fara ajiye ƙudin kujerar.

Kazalika, wasu na ganin wa’adin cika ƙudin da hukumar alhazan ta bayar na kwana huɗu na cikin abubuwan da za su sa maniyyatan na bana su haƙura da zuwa aikin Hajjin.

Wani maniyyaci a Abuja babban birnin Najeriya da BBC ta tuntuɓa ya ce ya yanke shawarar bin kiraye-kirayen da malamai suka yi na ciyar da al’umma da kuɗin Hajjin nasa.

“Duba da yanayin da ake ciki a yanzu na tsadar rayuwa, gara mu ciyar da marasa ƙarfi,” in ji shi.

‘Mun fasa Hajjin, a ba mu kuɗinmu’

Maniyyata a faɗin duniya sun fuskanci tsadar kuɗin kujera sakamakon yadda tattalin arzikin duniya ya jigata tun daga lokacin annobar korona, sai dai lamarin ya fi ƙamari a ƙasashen Afirka.

Alhazai a ƙasashe kamar Ghana da Najeriya sun fi saura jin jiki sakamakon karyewar darajar kuɗaɗen ƙasarsu, wanda shi ne dalilin da hukumar alhazai ta Najeriya ta bayar game da ƙarin.

Hukumar ta ce mutum 49,000 ne suka biya kudin kujerun a farashin baya daga cikin kujeru 75,000 da Saudiyya ta ba wa mahajjan gwamnati, yayin da ƴan kasuwa ke da kujera 20,000 wato masu tafiya ta jirgin yawo.

“Wannan ne kari na biyu da aka yi mana. Da farko an ce mu kara naira miliyan daya da ɗoriya, mun kara, sai gashi kuma kwatsam an ce mu kara kudi har naira kusan miliyan biyu kuma a kayyadadden lokaci. Ina za mu same su?,” a cewar wani maniyyaci da ya buƙaci a sakaya sunansa.

Ya ƙara da cewa “wannan dalilin ya sa ba ni kadai ba ma, da yawa daga cikin waɗanda muka biya kudin aikin Hajjin bana muka ce a dawo mana da kuɗinmu, mun fasa”.

Ita ma wata mata da BBC ta zanta da ita ta waya, ta ce gaskiya ba ta ji dadin wannan ƙari ba, to amma har yanzu ba ta fitar da rai ba.

“Lokacin da aka ƙayyade ne ya yi kadan, amma Hajji kiran Allah ne, idan Allah ya yi zan je to sai ya kawo mini hanyar da zan cika kuɗin, amma idan Allah bai yi ba, shi ke nan.”

Sai dai mai magana da yawun hukumar alhazai, Fatima Sanda Usara, ta shaida wa BBC cewa hukumarsu ba ta kara kuɗin ba ne domin hana mutane tafiya aikin Hajjin bana.

Ta ce: “Burin hukumar alhazai shi ne ta cike dukkan kujeru 95,000 da aka ba wa Najeriya, amma idan yanayi ya zo dole a haka za a ƙarba., mun nemi Saudiyya ta ƙara mana lokaci kuma lokacin yana ƙara ƙurewa, shi ya sa aka ɗauki matakin. Idan akwai wanda zai taimaka musu to shikenan, idan babu kuma kowane alhaji sai ya biya.”

Hukumar ta ce tun a baya ta nemi tallafin wasu jihohi da masu hannu da shuni saboda ganin an dauke wa Alhazai ko da kudin ciyarwa ne a misha’ir da sauransu saboda abin ya zo wa alhazan da sauƙi.

A baya dai naira miliyan 4.9 ne hukumar ta tsayar waɗanda maniyyata za su biya, inda al’umma ke ta kira ga gwamnatin tarayya da ta ba da tallafi domin maniyyatan su samu sauƙi.

Sai dai hukumar ta ce gwamnatin ta bayar da nata tallafin a wasu fannonin, dalilin da ya sa aka samu sauƙi ma kenan, a cewar jami’ar.
