Hajj 2024 registration from UAE latest news
All UAE pilgrims undertaking the Umrah and Haj rituals in Saudi Arabia must ensure they receive all necessary vaccination doses, particularly for influenza, and adhere to all provided instructions and precautions.
The Ministry of Health and Prevention in the UAE has affirmed the mandatory requirement for presenting influenza vaccination cards for travelers bound for Saudi Arabia, effective March 26. This measure is implemented as part of the ministry’s dedication to safeguarding the health and well-being of pilgrims, Haj performers, their families, and the wider community against contagious diseases.
It is strongly advised that travelers, especially those with chronic conditions, visit healthcare facilities well in advance of their departure. Vaccinations are readily accessible at both government health centers and private hospitals, serving as crucial measures for preventing and controlling infectious diseases.
