Sharia Awareness App

Digital Transaction Platform

Recognizing the importance of efficient administrative processes, the ministry has implemented a new electronic transaction platform. This digital solution simplifies the pilgrim registration and documentation procedures, reducing paperwork and enhancing accuracy. Reports Management

The ministry’s commitment to digital transformation extends to effective reports management. The Women’s Affairs Agency at the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah is playing a vital role in providing services to female pilgrims. The agency has conducted training sessions to equip their staff with the necessary skills to manage crowd flow, clarify regulations, and provide basic language assistance. These efforts ensure a safe and inclusive environment for female pilgrims, empowering them to perform their religious duties with peace of mind.

Focus on Comfort and Spirituality

The Presidency in Madinah has launched a program titled “Comfort and Spirituality in the Prophet’s Mosque.” This initiative aims to create a welcoming environment for pilgrims visiting the mosque. Health Services for Iraqi Pilgrims

Recognizing the importance of healthcare during the pilgrimage, the Health Affairs department has extended its services to 14,000 Iraqi pilgrims at the Jdeidet Arar land crossing in the Northern Borders region. Upgrades at the Jdeidet Arar Central Hospital, including increased bed capacity, specialized intensive care units, and outpatient clinics, ensure that the health needs of the pilgrims are met effectively and efficiently.
